We only offer national shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Our products are packed safely and will be shipped with the Swiss Post AG. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods
All our ceramic pieces and delicate products such as glassware are shipped with the additional service 'fragile' due to the fragility of these products. We want to make sure that the products arrive safe and sound at their final destination.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs resulting from purchased items will be reflected and finally charged at checkout. The service 'fragile' we use for the shipping of all ceramic and delicate products, costs additionally 7.50 CHF on top to the regular shipping costs.
Shipping Time
We take around 1 - 4 business days to get your order ready to ship. We normally proceed orders on Mondays, Thursdays and on Fridays. All orders are shipped from Zurich, Switzerland. As soon as your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation including the dedicated tracking number. The delivery time after dispatch takes usually 1–2 working days, depending on your chosen shipping model. At checkout, you have the option to choose between 'economy' or 'priority' shipping. With 'economy' shipping, the Swiss Post takes two business days, from Monday to Friday, to deliver your package. With the service 'priority' the Swiss Post takes one business day to deliver your package, from Monday to Saturday. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner, which may occur e.g. in the pre-Christmas period or due to extreme weather conditions.
Studio pick up
We also offer that you can pick-up your order at our studio in Zurich. For this option you need to select pick-up as delivery method at the checkout. Once your order is packed and ready for pick-up, you will get an email. Follow the instructions in the email and let us know when you can come by our studio to get your order. Pick-up is usually available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please note that you need to bring your order confirmation with you when picking up the order.
Unfortunately, we can not offer studio pick-up if you choose to pay with the fast checkout methods Google and Apple Pay.
We want you to love Clayeria products as much as we do and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product. You can return your order within 14 days from the date you placed your order. Please send us an email to orders@clayeria.com with your order number and name and we let you know the details how you can return your order. As soon as your returned product has been received, your refund will be processed.
The products must be returned unused, in the same condition as when received, in the same original packaging. Costs resulting from returns and exchanges are not covered by us, except the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective items, etc.). The returned products must arrive in the original condition, otherwise Clayeria does not refund the amount. Therefore, it is strongly recommended, that the returns are packed safely and shipped with the 'fragile' service for all delicate goods.
Gift cards can not be returned.
Damaged products
As we sell decorative pieces made of delicate materials, therefore, it may happen that products are damaged during shipping. If a product arrives damaged, we will replace it as long as you inform us by email on orders@clayeria.com with a photo of the damaged goods within 14 days after receiving the product.
Externally recognizable defects on the packaging must be photographed on reception and reported to us immediately. If the package has visible defects on delivery, we ask you to photograph the package unopened. We will inform you how to proceed with the damaged goods. Please do not send us any unannounced goods.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
