Our standard courses take 2 hours and each participant can paint up to 3 ceramic objects. The ceramic piece as well as your beverage of choice (wine, bubbles or non-alcoholic wine - sold by the bottle) can either be selected and determined before the course or chosen on site. Payment possibilities on site are Twint or Card. We provide complimentary water and some snacks (such as crackers, nuts or fruits) during the course.

At the Clayeria studio, we offer private team building courses with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 participants. We can also host smaller groups, but nevertheless we need to charge the price for the minimum of 8 participants.

• We will provide gentle instructions and all materials needed in order for your team to create and just enjoy the process. We are on site throughout the course and support the participants if questions arise.
• A curated mood board will be available for participants to gather inspiration.
• After your painted ceramics have dried we will glaze them with a layer of clear, glossy glaze, fire them in our kiln and have them ready after 2 - 4 weeks for pick-up. We will send a notification email once the ceramics are ready.
• The course can be conducted in either English or German, depending on your preference.

We offer two ways of booking the event:

The course fee is paid via invoice upfront, while the cost of ceramic pieces is settled separately at the end of the course. The ceramic piece costs between CHF 4 and CHF 20, depending on what you choose to paint. Participants can paint up to 3 pieces each. The ceramic pieces can be paid at the end of the course on-site via Twint or card.

Alternatively, you can book the event with our flat-rate option, which includes the course fee and up to 3 ceramic pieces per person. The flat rate is also paid via invoice upfront.

We will then provide suggestions for available course dates and times. If you already have a specific date and time in mind, w e’re happy to check our availability.

The invoice needs to be settled before the event - the booking is only final and guaranteed when the invoice has been paid. The payment term and bank account details can be found on the invoice.

CANCELLATIONS 14 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT: Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.

CANCELLATIONS 7-13 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT: 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled event date.

CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT: No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event date.

NO-SHOW POLICY: No refund will be provided for no-shows on the day of the event.

RESCHEDULING: Events can be rescheduled without penalty if the request is made at least 14 days before the original event date. Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the event will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
