This Privacy Policy describes how www.clayeria.com ("Clayeria", the “site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the site.

01 – Collecting personal information

When do we collect your personal information:

While browsing & purchasing:
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email addresses, phone number, if provided, payment information including credit card numbers TWINT infos. We refer to this information as order information.

Creating an account:
We collect information when you create an account, interact with the site or activate a subscription. Personal information may include your name, address, phone number (if provided) and email, country, billing information (your payment information), credentials. We refer to this information as account information.

Customer support & feedback: We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number and any other personal information you choose to share when you reach out to us for support, give us feedback, participate in optional surveys, subscribe to marketing, attend our events or otherwise interact or communicate with us.

02 – How do we use your personal information?

We use the order information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the site including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations.

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud
- And when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. 

We use the device information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our site, for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns.

We share your personal information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Additionally we use Mailchimp as a email provider to keeping you up to date on new products, sale, services, events and offers. 07 – Do not track

Please note that because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
